At PuppyPad, we want you and your furry friend to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is free of pet hair or debris.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
